Cohn Construction completes GoAtlas HQ in Ridgeville

Cohn Construction has completed the new headquarters for GoAtlas, designed to support the company’s growth.

Located on a 9.74-acre site in Ridgeville, the 31,200-square-foot facility combines 10,500 square feet of fully conditioned office and production space, along with 20,700 square feet of assembly and warehouse space dedicated to distribution, according to a news release.

The clear-span design features a 22-foot eave height and large truck court, allowing for efficient production flow and high-volume operations, the release stated. The layout enhances workflow, increases production capacity and supports GoAtlas‘ distribution demands.

“Our focus was building a facility that truly works for GoAtlas’ unique operating process,” Brian E. Pattison, president of Cohn Construction, said in the release. “The space supports how they operate today and gives them the flexibility to grow as their business continues to expand.”

GoAtlas is in the business of branding and facilitation of signage for homebuilders and developers, offering everything from awnings, street signs and mailboxes to complete marketing solutions.
