Interior design firm buys office in Old Shandon area

Colliers South Carolina‘s Mary Winter Teaster and Sydney Lanham represented the seller, 2725 Cypress Holdings LLC, and buyer, Brandon Davidson Interiors, in the sale of 2725 Cypress Street, a 1,830-square-foot office building located just off the Millwood Avenue and Devine Street corridors in the Old Shandon neighborhood.
Brandon Davidson Interiors, a Columbia interior design company founded by Brandon Davidson Shives in 1999, has recently completed the renovation of the building to serve as its office, according to a news release.
“Office buildings in the Old Shandon neighborhood are rare, and it was a pleasure collaborating with the seller and buyer,” Teaster said in the release. “Brandon Davidson Shives completed a stunning transformation of 2725 Cypress Street that showcases the quality of her work and design.”
