Josh Tew, Monty Todd and Anna Spiers of Pintail facilitated the sale of the 40,000-square-foot retail property located at 505 N. Main St. in , known to many at “Baby Bi-Lo.” Pintail Property Services has taken on the management of this property for the owner.


Bobby Lyons and Luke Lyons of Lyons Industrial Properties represented the buyer, Spartanburg Community College, in the purchase of the former Fatz Cafe and 20 acres under the iconic Peachoid water tower on Interstate 85. This $50 million-plus investment will transform the campus, adding enhanced academic facilities and the Spark Center, a business accelerator to support regional growth.


Bobby Lyons and Luke Lyons of Lyons Industrial Properties represented the seller in the sale of 6.45 acres of retail land sold to Aldi at 1915 E. Main St. in Duncan.


Keith Jones, Earle Furman Jr., McNeil Epps and Will Williamson of NAI Earle Furman represented the seller, LLP Assoc LLC, in the sale of the 14,690 square feet, the former Blind Horse Saloon at 1035 Lowndes Hill Road in Greenville, to 1035 Lowndes Hill Road LLC.


Peter Couchell, Robert Schmidt and Lawrence Myers of Furman Capital Advisors, the investment division of NAI Earle Furman, represented the seller in the disposition of a Food Lion grocery-anchored shopping center located at 148 Walnut Lane in Travelers Rest.

Zach Lundberg of Colliers represented Boomerang Design in the leasing of 625 square feet of office space at 100 Ashland Park Lane in Columbia.


Ben Kelly and Patrick Chambers of NAI Columbia sold an outparcel in the Platt Springs Crossing development. The property sold for $900,000.


John Coleman and Peyton Bryant of Trinity Partners represented the buyer in the purchase of a 3,000-square-foot flex building at 521 S. Saluda Ave. in Columbia for $285,000.
