Trinity Partners completes sale of Forest Acres medical building

Trinity Partners, a commercial real estate firm with offices throughout the Southeast, completed the sale of 4700 Forest Drive in Columbia.

The 22,000-square-foot building is located in the Forest Acres’ business district. It previously served as a medical and office building and will continue to do so after renovations.  Currently about 5,400 square feet of the building is available for lease.
