Danny Bonds of Colliers represented Larry Collins in the lease of 1,900 square feet of retail space at 2800 Devine St. in Columbia to Southern Tide.

James C. Harrison III and Coleman Davis of Cypress Real Estate Partners represented the seller, Sooner Properties LLC, in the sale of 10,860 square feet of industrial space at 207 Beaufort St. in Chapin to Fresh Cola Holdings LLC for $780,000.

John Gregory, Bill Lamar and Tristan Lee of NAI Columbia leased 690 square feet of office space at 1219 Assembly St. in Columbia.

Tombo Milliken, Tom Milliken and Nelson Weston of NAI Columbia sold 680 acres of land off Willow Swamp Road in Orangeburg. This riverfront, recreational tract sold for $2,235,000.

Macon Lovelace, Roger Winn and Braden Shockley of Trinity Partners represented the landlord in the leasing of a 10,371- square-foot office space at 1655 Bernardin Ave. in Columbia.

Roger Winn, Braden Shockley and Will McGregor of Trinity Partners represented the seller in the sale of 11.3 acres at 4336 Sunset Blvd. in Lexington for $5,100,000.

Jake Nidiffer, Nick Stomski and Ryan Causey of Trinity Partners represented the seller in the sale of a 10,000-square-foot industrial building at 7216 Middle St. in Columbia for $725,000.

Scott Burgess and Lance Byars of Colliers represented Laurens Plaza Investors in the lease of 33,827 square feet of retail space at 917 E. Main St. in Laurens to Ollie’s Bargain Outlet.

Brockton Hall, Garrett Scott, Dillon Swayngim and John Montgomery of Colliers represented Best Drive in the leasing of 20,000 square feet of industrial space at 106 Old Dominion Drive in Duncan.

Rusty Hamrick and John Ethridge of Huff Creek Properties, the timber and recreational land division of NAI Earle Furman, represented the seller in the sale of 127 acres of land located at 1249 Riley Road in the Union County town of Buffalo to MH3 Holdings LLC.

Jimmy Wright and Jake Scott of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord, Skyview Investments LLC, in a lease extension of 1,440 square feet of retail space located in Suite D at 1417 Laurens Road in Greenville to Oeuy Sandy Lay.

Rusty Hamrick and John Etheridge of Huff Creek Properties, the timber and recreational land division of NAI Earle Furman, represented the seller in the sale of 196.91 acres of land on Wright School Road in the Belton area of Anderson County.

Drew Stamm of NAI Earle Furman represented the buyer in the purchase of a 20,600-square-foot retail/restaurant space at 5659 and 5667 Calhoun Memorial Highway in Easley.

Andy Hayes and Ben Hines of Spencer/Hines Properties represented the seller, Mirjana Kosic Allen, in the sale of 228 S. Main St. The buyer, 228 S. Main LLC, paid $350,000 for the 3,000 square feet of retail property.

Guy Harris Sr. and Guy Harris Jr. of Spencer/Hines Properties represented the seller, GSP Transportation Inc., in the sale of 13272 Ocean Highway, Pawley’s Island. The buyer, 13272 Ocean LLC, purchased 1,866 square feet of office space on a half acre for $495,000.

Guy Harris Sr. and Guy Harris Jr. of Spencer/Hines Properties represented the seller, Banker Exchange LLC, as Q.I. for BTZ Holdings LLC, in the sale of 4.24 acres of land on Highway 101 South in Greer. SNG Highway 101 LLC purchased the property for $810,000.

Guy Harris Sr. and Guy Harris Jr. of Spencer/Hines Properties represented the seller, GSP Transportation Inc., in the sale of 10,962 square feet of office/flex space on 3.2 acres to Greenville-Spartanburg Airport District. The property, at 2429 S. Highway 14 in Greer, sold for $1,425,000.
