Brent Case and Davis Swing of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic represented the landlord, Madison Plaza LLC, in the lease of 2,245 square feet of retail space at 4959 Centre Pointe Drive in North Charleston. The new tenant will be a tobacco shop.

Taylor Sekanovich of Harbor Commercial Partners represented the tenant in the lease of 4,380 square feet of flex space in Suite 106 at 547 Long Point Road in Mount Pleasant from 547 Long Point Road LLC. Scott Peevy of NAI Charleston represented the landlord.

Todd Garrett, Tradd Varner and Crawford Riddle of Harbor Commercial Partners represented the tenant, MP/SSP LLC, in the lease of 1,300 square feet of industrial space at 133 Elliana Way, Unit B-2, Summerville, from WRS Summerville Industrial Investments III LLC. Grace Moring of WRS Real Estate represented the landlord.

Midlands

Grayson Greiner of Colliers represented Genesis Healthcare Inc. in the purchase of 3.03 acres of land on Robertson Boulevard in Walterboro.

Ryan McCue of Colliers represented the seller in the disposition of two acres of land on Lenore Road in West Columbia.

Mary Winter Teaster and Sydney Lanham of Colliers South Carolina represented the seller, LRB LLC, in the sale of 6,000 square feet of retail property at 1712 Main St. in Columbia to Rose Business Holdings LLC for $1,025,000

Jeff Hein, Will DuPree and Hope Andrews of NAI Columbia leased 5,000 square feet of office space at 7909 Parklane Road in Columbia.

Patrick Palmer, bobby Balboni and Sam Edens of NAI Columbia represented the seller in the sale of a 52,000-square-foot office property in Greensboro, N.C. The property, located at 8203 Piedmont Triad Parkway, sold for $5,525,000.

Nick Stomski, Jake Nidiffer and Ryan Causey of Trinity Partners represented the buyer in the purchase of a 28,000-square-foot industrial building at 971 Harbor Drive in West Columbia for $2.3 million.

John Coleman of Trinity Partners represented the buyer in the purchase of a 1,454-square-foot industrial building at 142 Latonea Drive in Columbia for $250,000.

Nick Stomski, Jake Nidiffer, Ryan Causey and John Coleman of Trinity Partners represented the buyer in the purchase of 16.56 acres of land at 111 Landfill Road in Orangeburg for $4 million.

Kevin Pogue of Colliers represented High Ball Investments in the purchase of an 1,800-square-foot office building at 609 Southport Road in Roebuck.

Lance Byars, Scott Burgess and Josh Seibert of Colliers represented LBSB Pruitt in the lease of 400 square feet of retail space at 2933 N. Main St. in Anderson to Weiss Massage.

Danny Butters and Chris Hober of Lyons Industrial Properties represented the landlord in leasing 68,271 square feet of industrial space at 203 Schmid Plaza in Anderson.

John Wright Jr. of McCoy Wright Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord, Four K Holdings LLC, in the lease of 6,000 square feet of office space at 299 E. Greenville St. in Anderson.

Ben Hines and Andy Hayes of Spencer/Hines Properties represented the seller, the estate of Constantin Vaseliades, in the sale of 3,800 square feet of retail space at 262 Magnolia St. in  Spartanburg for $600,000. The buyer was Newburg Investments LLC.

Ben Hines and Andy Hayes of Spencer/Hines Properties represented Marion Avenue Associates, the seller of 3,800 square feet of office space at 380 S. Pine St. in Spartanburg. A-LINE Industries paid $560,000 for the property.
