Jim and Tony Morelli founded the company in 1981 when the purchased the HVAC division from Charleston Oil Company. Morelli HVAC has become well-known for their specialty in historic preservation in buildings and homes throughout the Lowcountry, understanding the importance of keeping humidity under control and installing equipment with the least amount of disruption to the original design and structure as possible. The company has worked on a variety of historic houses and churches across the Lowcountry; along with developing a specialty in providing work in medical offices, hospitals, and schools.
Tony Morelli serves as president with Andy Morelli as vice president, and the company adapts to future HVAC trends by embracing smart, high-efficiency systems, predictive maintenance, and advanced diagnostics. “We partner with Trident Technical College to offer apprenticeships, training the next generation of skilled technicians.
