Vice President
Lee & Associates Charleston

What are you most looking forward to in your new position?

I am most excited about deepening relationships and continuing to deliver exceptional value to our clients as we strategically navigate the evolving commercial real estate landscape, both in Charleston and across South Carolina.

What is the biggest challenge facing your industry right now?

Sustained high interest rates and elevated construction costs, which continue to create hurdles in deal structuring and project development. Despite this, the Charleston market remains resilient with strong activity across various asset classes, and our team continues to successfully close transactions.

What was your first job, and what did you learn from it?

My first professional experience was an internship at Trinity Partners in Columbia, working alongside my father and his team. That opportunity provided me with hands-on commercial real estate experience and taught me foundational lessons about SC markets, the importance of relationship-building, and understanding local real estate nuance.

What is the best piece of advice you’ve ever heard?

“Talk less, listen more!”

What is something most people would be surprised to know about you?

My grandfather is in the Pittsburgh Steelers Hall of Fame.
