What are you most looking forward to in your new position?
Building a strong organization of Scouts to fuel our future and create a lasting legacy for Scout Motors.
What is the biggest challenge facing your industry right now?
Talent attraction and retention — ensuring we are able to attract strong talent for our roles and that our colleagues feel connected to their work, our purpose, and are being developed.
What was your first job, and what did you learn from it?
I worked in retail and learned quickly the value of excellent customer service, commitment and follow-up.
What is the best piece of advice you’ve ever heard?
“Shoot for the moon. Even if you miss, you’ll land among the stars.” – Norman Vincent Peale. Dream big! Always strive to do your absolute very best and even if the biggest dream doesn’t come true, something amazing will come of it.
What is something most people would be surprised to know about you?
I absolutely love sports — all types of sports. I am a boy mom, and we play and do everything!
